XRX Pharmacy OneClick Refill (the 'Service') is designed to help you make sure you never run out of your prescriptions. By opting into the Service and entering your login information, you will be able to see what prescriptions are eligible to be refilled. Just select which prescriptions you want to refill, and your XRX Pharmacy or XRX Pharmacy-affiliated pharmacy ('XRX Pharmacy Pharmacy') will start working on refilling your prescriptions. Your refilled prescriptions will be available to pick up at your XRX Pharmacy Pharmacy or they will be sent to you depending on how you have chosen to receive your prescriptions. Please note that in-person pickup or delivery services may not be available in all areas or for all prescriptions. Patients should contact the XRX Pharmacy Care Team at the number below with any questions. Otherwise, the Care Team will be in contact with you should we need to confirm details about your prescriptions and/or their availability. XRX Pharmacy OneClick is committed to protecting our patients’ privacy so it's important to read and understand these terms as the messages regarding your prescriptions may include protected health information or 'PHI' and will not be encrypted.
By logging in to and/or using this program, service, or portal ('Service'), or clicking the 'I ACCEPT' button, where it appears, you agree to the following TERMS OF USE ('Terms') and acknowledge that you understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to this Agreement in its entirety, do not use this Service.
Users
By using this Service, you agree that you are either the patient connected to the information you have entered or that you have the legal right to act on their behalf and that you have a need to access the protected health information in this Service. This may be because you are their parent or legal guardian, the patient has consented to making you their health care representative, or because you have a valid power of attorney. Anyone who handles the device may have access to your protected health information at the time a message is received if this option is chosen. If this is not accurate for your situation, please exit and do not use this Service.
Consent to Communication
By providing your cell phone number, you are expressly consenting to XRX Pharmacy texting you about your prescriptions, including messages to authenticate you as an XRX Pharmacy patient and requests for you to authorize any refills, and you are agreeing that you have read and agree to the XRX Pharmacy Privacy Policy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, a link to our Privacy Policy can be found here and at the bottom of the screen in the refill Service. XRX Pharmacy reserves the right to and you hereby consent to XRX Pharmacy or your XRX Pharmacy Pharmacy sending you information via text about this refill Service or other services that we offer related to your prescription or diagnoses.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Messages regarding your prescriptions may include protected health information or “PHI” and will not be encrypted. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless carrier/provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you do not wish to accept the risks associated with unencrypted messages or if any other reason exists, you may remove this permission and cancel the SMS Service at any time by either texting STOP to the refill text messages that you receive or by calling your pharmacy and notifying of your wish to stop receiving text communications from XRX Pharmacy and/or its affiliated pharmacies. We will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Privacy and Security Acknowledgement
You understand and acknowledge that this Service contains highly sensitive protected health information. This information is protected under the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health ('HITECH') and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ('HIPAA'). By using this service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the XRX Pharmacy Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the terms of these policies. Providers or their representatives who may be accessing this service to assist a user in managing their refills also agree to comply with and be bound by HIPAA, where subject, and to this Privacy Policy.
Health information transmitted electronically is at risk of potential interception or receipt by unauthorized persons, whether malicious or inadvertent. Patients also acknowledge that misuse of this Service or failing to protect your device’s physical or informational security (such as with a password) or login information could allow others to see this information. Further, you acknowledge and understand that text messages are not a secure means of communication and any protected health information that may be contained in our messages to you will not be encrypted. Patients and their representatives should use additional security measures for their device (such as face ID or passwords) to further protect their information. Patient acknowledges that anyone who has access to the device may have access to patient’s protected health information and, therefore, it is the patient’s sole responsibility to ensure the device’s security through restricted access or other means. Users should contact XRX Pharmacy immediately if they believe or suspect that an unpermitted person may have access to this Service. XRX Pharmacy will work with you, to the extent practicable, to protect the security of your sensitive information. However, XRX Pharmacy does not and cannot guarantee the complete security of such confidential information. You agree that XRX Pharmacy will have no liability for the unpermitted disclosure of the information shared through this Service unless such disclosure is due to the negligence or malicious acts of XRX Pharmacy or individuals under its legal control.
Refill Consent
By selecting a prescription for refill and submitting the request, you agree that you are in fact in need of additional supply of that medication and are consenting to an XRX Pharmacy-affiliated pharmacy refilling the prescription and billing your insurance plan(s) (if any). You also agree to make payment to XRX Pharmacy for any cost-sharing that may be due to XRX Pharmacy, its affiliates, or other third party upon your receipt of the prescription product or, in the case of mail/remote delivery, upon the transfer of the product to a common carrier for shipment to you and/or the patient.
Please call your pharmacy if you need to update your prescription, billing, or delivery information or to speak to a pharmacist regarding your prescription(s).
Warranties
XRX Pharmacy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this Service, or the content, products, and/or services included herein. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, XRX Pharmacy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and/or infringement. You acknowledge and agree that XRX Pharmacy does not operate or control the internet or patient’s device and therefore does not guarantee that the use of this website will be error free or free of technology downtimes or unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall XRX Pharmacy be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages in connection with your use of this Service or access to the information herein.
Intellectual Property
You also acknowledge and agree that this Service and all functionality contained herein are exclusively owned by XRX Pharmacy and its affiliates and that XRX Pharmacy reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service. You shall not (i) give, sell or otherwise distribute copies of the Service; (ii) decompile, disassemble, disaggregate, reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct or discover any source code, components, processes or interfaces of the Service by any means; or (iii) remove or modify any product identification, notice or copyright of the Service.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos or copyrights displayed and used in this Service are the property of XRX Pharmacy and its affiliates unless otherwise expressly stated. These intellectual properties and marks shall not be used without express permission from XRX Pharmacy or, where not XRX Pharmacy, the rightful owner of the mark. Nothing in this site should be construed as granting any right or license for a user or any other person or entity to use any trademark, logo, or other service mark without the written permission of XRX Pharmacy or the legal owner of such mark.
Governing Law
You agree that any claim or dispute relating to this Service or your use or reliance on such shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws. You agree to be bound and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local, state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
Survivability
You agree and understand that the above Terms shall remain in force and effect even after you terminate use of this Service or stop using any other services of XRX Pharmacy or its affiliates.
